Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every client has the right to know how their data is collected, why it is collected and how it is used.
Data I collect:
During the enquiry stage and via the website contact form, I will collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and details regarding your enquiry such as venue, date and the nature of the session required. All enquiries that don’t evolve into a booking will be archived. Your home address may be taken to arrange an initial discussion and an opportunity to get to know you better. Emails and data are then held on a secure password-protected computer. Your photographs will be uploaded to ShootProof, a secure online viewing gallery, where your session will be password protected.
In order to continually grow my business, I do require fresh content to maintain my online presence. Upon booking you will receive a consent form where you can either opt in or out
Right to delete:
You have the right to ask me to delete any personal data.
If you have any questions regarding your privacy or what I do with the data you provide, then please email [email protected] and I will get back to you.
